Issued in 1998, the Wright stamp is in the center of the second row. In
the background photograph Orville leans against Flyer II on the left, and
Wilbur is on the right. This is the first plane to fly a complete circle.
Wilbur flew the plane in a complete circle for the first time on Sept.
20, 1904.
